Reform Yatırım Holding A.S. was established with the aim to be the equity participation company in the companies that ReformKurumsal took part in their restructuring.
Modern Carpets was the first equity investment of ReformKurumsal through its participation in Reform Yatırım Holding. Reform Group and the founders have 50% share in Modern Carpets, founded in 2003. Modern Carpets made a lease contract for 25 years to use production facilities in Cerkezkoy, the brand and industrial designs of Gumussuyu Yer Kaplamaları ve San. A.S. and started production in 2003. Sales reached $17mm at the end of 2005.
