A listed subsidiary of Anel Holding, Anel Telekomunikasyon (Aneltech) acquired Solectron Elektronik in March 2008, from the California-based listed Flextronics Corporation which provides manufacturing and supply chain management services to high-tech electronics companies.
Reform Kurumsal acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Aneltech in the process. We assisted in structuring of models/reports such as business plans, cash flow projections, presentations, supervised due diligence process and managed the data room and advised the main shareholder of Aneltech and the management
Aneltech provides services for central-data and transmission systems in metropolitan and rural areas, to its institutional customers.
