Pamuk Faktoring and Pamuk Leasing have been taken over by SDIF in 2002. Karadeniz Holding acquired the two companies as a result of an auction held in January 2007. Reform Kurumsal advised the buyer in preparation and during the auciton, as well as provided resources for the closing.
Currently, Reform Kurumsal performs origination, deal structuring, work-out execution within the framework of the management contract.
