Reform Kurumsal has acted as the exclusive financial advisor to shareholders of Innova IT Solutions Inc. in the process of sales of their sales to Türk Telekom.
The deal was closed on August 1st,2007. Shareholders sold 100% of company shares at purchase price of $18.5 million.
Innova is a leading provider of IT solutions to Turkish telecom and banks. It has been established in 1999 by Aydın Ersöz and Ümit Atalay. Innova has been named among top 50 IT companies of Turkey by Deloitte in Technology Fast 50.
