During the summer of 2008, Reform Kurumsal advised Superior Technologies Limited in its investment into Smartiks Bilgi Teknolojisi Hizmetleri A.S., a company specializing in business solutions, software development and consultancy (including business intelligence & reporting consultancy, and Oracle/Siebel consultancy).
Reform Kurumsal negotiated the purchase price, structure payments and capital injections, organized and supervised due diligence process and Closing Day actions, and prepared all transaction documents, including a shareholders’ agreement which outlined the terms of this new cooperation. As a result, Superior Technologies now owns 33% of the Company. Reform Kurumsal continues to provide business consultancy services to Smartiks under its current ownership structure, in an effort to boost its sales and market penetration activities.
